Function: Nonwoven cross lapper folds the fiber web of the carding machine evenly, lays it to the required width, pressurizes it through five rollers, and feeds it into the operation table.

Width: input 1700~2700mm, output 2500~9900mm

Installed power: 8kw~20kw

Capacity of fiber: ≤4000g/m2, specials can be customized

Description:

1) Input curtain width 2200mm, output curtain width 2700mm

2) Double-layer clamping type network, controlled by 2 motors separately PLC programming with automatic braking

3) The net curtain is a high-strength leather curtain, and the output curtain is a wooden curtain bottom multi-canvas

4) The entire movement track is clamped and the turn is double-packed

5) The output curtain is a set of independent transmission system, with a middle aisle and a large pressure roller and wall panel as a whole
