Double Doffer Carding Machine

Function: It can combe fiber into fiber with a uniform deviation and a certain disorder ratio for use in the next process through the double cylinder, double doffer, double messing and roller stripping.

Description: The machine is a double cylinder double doffer carding machine. 

Mechanical structure: Cylinder is the main component of the carding machine. Its function is to strip the fibers that have been initially combed by the licker roll and bring them into the working area of the cylinder cover for further fine combing, straightening and uniform mixing, and transferring the fibers. The role of Doffer Doffer is to coalesce the fibers on the surface of the cylinder into a fibrous layer, and further combing and evenly mixing the fibers during the agglomeration process. 

Width: 1550mm, 1850mm, 2000mm, 2200mm, 2300mm, 2500mm

Installed power: 20kw~60kw

Specifications of fiber: 1.1~15D*25-76

Applicable fiber: polyester, viscose, nylon, polypropylene(pp), glass fiber, Recycle PET, coconut fiber, PTFE, etc.
