Function: This machine is suitable for the production of high density, high performance non-woven fabrics. The main drive adopts crankshaft fuel tank structure and automatic circulation lubrication, and the transmission motor is separately frequency-controlled.

Description: The needle punch machine is mainly composed of frame, wire feeding device, needle punching device, pulling device, and transmission device. The main transmission of the needling machine drives the needle beam, the needle plate and the lancet to reciprocate up and down together through the crank-link device. The fluffy web is fed into the needling zone under the feed curtain grip. When the needle plate moves downward, the needle penetrates into the web, and the web abuts against the tray. When the needle plate moves upward, the friction between the web and the lance moves the web and the lance together, and the web abuts the stencil. The feed and output speeds are matched to allow for intermittent or continuous motion. After passing through the needle-punching area, the fiber web has a certain strength, density and thickness, and then sent to the main acupuncture.
